Cunalva Inc, a BVI corporation belonging to the Amanco Group of companies, executed a credit facility with Bancolombia (Panamá) S.A. for up to USD $ 22,000,000. The proceeds of the facility were used by Cunalva Inc, to acquire 23.2% of the outstanding listed shares of Pavco S.A., a Colombian corporation, through a tender offering in the Colombian Stock Exchange.
