Héctor Hernández is a partner in Prieto & Carrizosa and heads the Firm's litigation and labor practices. He has ample experience in dispute resolution and in civil and commercial litigation before the courts and arbitration panels, which has contributed to the success of the Firm in this area. Mr. Hernández specializes in labor litigation and representation of employers in negotiations with unions and employees. He has advised foreign clients on Colombian labor and social security statutes and regulations, and on labor and employment due diligence for companies. Chambers Global 2007 noted that Mr. Hernández "came highly recommended" as head of the Firm's labor practice.
