Felipe García is an associate attorney with the Firm. His practice specializes in antitrust and competition law, consumer protection, intellectual property and unfair competition.
Prior to entering the Firm, he was a legal adviser to the Superintendent of Industry and Commerce and to the Delegate Superintendent for Protection of Competition, a paralegal to the London-based law firm Speechly Bircham and an associate attorney to the firm Robledo Abogados.
Mr. García has served as professor of business law and international contracts at the Universidad Externado in Colombia. He contributed as assistant editor for the 2008 and 2009 issues of the Global Antitrust Review.
