Paola Delgado Perdomo, an associate at Prieto & Carrizosa, practices in the Corporate and Contracting Law areas.
Before joining the Firm, Mrs. Delgado received her LLM degree in Comparative Law (2007) at University of San Diego School of Law in San Diego, California, and worked for the legal and commercial areas at Caterpillar Incorporated (2002-2009) in San Diego, California and Miami, Florida. She also worked at Fundacion Social y sus empresas between 1997 and 2000. Paola obtained her undergraduate degree at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (1999) and carried out a Post Graduate Degree in Commercial Law at Universidad de los Andes (2000).
